Is there a way to change the value displayed by a given encoder to show it's actual DMX output value and not a percentage? I'm using a fixture that has 255 gel presets stored within a single channel. The index sheet provided by the manufacturer lists a DMX value as well as a percentage using one decimal place (ex 27.2%) for each of the preprogrammed colors. It would be much faster to be able to cycle the encoder to the exact DMX value (and color) I need rather than having to press Set, tap the encoder, and then enter a xx.x% to get a specific color.
The fixture in question is an Astera FP1 Titan Tube in Mode 40.
Thank you for any help you can provide. For other reasons the tube must be kept in Mode 40, so changing mode is not an option. The gel picker in the software is an option but I would prefer to use the manufacturers included presets for reasons of accuracy if at all possible.
