3.12.0 software downgrade Road Hog 4

I rented a back up console. It has newer software not compatible with my show file. Can I go back to a older version on the rental back up console? Is it the same process as an software update?

yep, just ISO the desk to the old version. What is it that doesn't work on the newer software?
