3.17.1 LOCK causing non releasable desk channels to zero

Reproduced on RH4 and HogPC
Both connected to DP8000s
3.17.1 b3663

I have some desk channels I am using for DMX fans, that I have made non-releasable (so they stay at the last adjusted level)

Using LOCK causes these channels to zero.
That shouldn’t happen.
