I've just shut my HedgeHog 4X down using the soft Shut Down button on the desktop and now it won't start. Yes, I have removed the power cable. Should I do a full software install?
Had this recently with my Hedgehog, Have you an external USB inserted while trying to start ? Remove any external devices , monitors,keyboards and try again? Let us know
