Found no MAC-addres. Only found the following:

Seems like the Hognet adapter is broken or something.

Any suggestions for repair?

Your MAC address is under the Hognet Tab, I have highlighted mine

It appears your console has lost its MAC address, and the console will need to be sent into HES for repair.  Without a MAC address on the HogNet port, the console cannot be updated, and the HogNet port will not properly function.

Please contact me at kyle.kurtich@highend.com with the console's serial number and I can start the repair paperwork.
