Backup Failure Vers. 3.19.1

Hello,
I'm having trouble saving a backup to my USB stick or hard drive.

I'm running the latest Hog 4 PC version on my Windows Surface running Windows 11.

I have a show that I would like to transfer to another device, but unfortunately I can't backup the show. The error message "Creating the backup archive - Show backup failed" always appears.

The file is there afterwards, but has strange characters in the name with "Ä - ~ "etc.

I'm desperate, maybe someone here can help me.

Hello,

Is there more information in the failed pop up? There should be a reason for failure provided in red if you expand the dialogue

What is the name of your show file? and the name of the user on the computer? Hog has difficulty with non-english characters and that can cause your show file to not back up.

I assume you got this dialogue
