v4.1.0 bug where backups fail on 2nd console in network

I have this same problem. Updated to 4.2 thinking this would solve it but I;m still having this problem on multiple different shows/setups

colin wood Did you ever figure this out? Mine has the same red error with "Unable to retrive object for ID 5...."

Client desk logged in on a show running on another desk is not able to make a backup even when this desk is running a server.
