When I press The output button my screen goes to The Hog4 logo

Hello, sorry to hear about that.  Is this a new show from 4.2.1 or imported from 3.21.1?  Can you please send your show file to HESsupport@etcconnect.com so we may take a closer look?  Thank you!

As a side note, this appears to be a desktop crash and so there’s no need to restart the console if it happens again. You can hold Pig + Open and press Backspace to open the Launched Processes window. You’ll see the desktop process is not responding. Use the down cursor key to highlight it, then Pig + Set for a right click and select restart desktop. Much quicker than a restart and won’t affect your output.
