The Rate wheel is very sensitive to any touch. It would be helpful if there was a third option on the Rate Key that disables the Rate Wheel. So it would toggle between Playback Rate, Effect Rate, and No Rate.

The text will display "None" but we are going to make the LED below the rate wheel turn red to indicate wheel disabled. Currently that LED is never used.
