Artnet in Request: From Selection

Would be VERY helpful (especially in a Road House like ours) when an LD comes in and only wants the rig, but not the architectural items…to be able to select fixtures and press "ARTNET IN."

That way we don't have to go through the DMX window, cell by cell, line by line and select. Would also make changeovers between opening acts and headliners much simpler.

Run opener on house Roadhog…
Intermission…
Select Rig…"Artnet in from selection" button…done.

  • This can be done already by making a key stroke macro. Using the dmx window, selecting the channels of the fixture/fixtures and setting to artnet in. Simply record the keystroke macro and edit the times so it all happens nice and fast, then sit back and relax.
    I like coins idea tho. It would make the proccess easy
