Is there an ablity to program a cue as a Flash button?

TL;DR: Is there a way to program a cue to resemble a button 'Flash' action?

I do a lot of smpte tracked light shows. These shows are programed then set and forget style. The shows run 4 times a day for 9 months. All tracked. All the same.

During programing many times, I want to create a 'bump' flash action. Just like you would do at a live show. Say for example. Blinders.

Put this idea in your mind, Queen's song, "We will Rock you". With the Boom Boom Clap part. On a live show, you have 2 blinders (#1 on upstage truss, #2 is on the downstage truss pointed out in the audiance). Using your bump buttons as Flash. you would live press 1, 1, 2. Along with the song. This gets used multiple times though out.

Now take that idea, and say you wanted to program this audio track. With the cues as follows (Time code listed as cue activator):

Cuelist 1 "Main track"
Cue 1: 00/00/01.00 = 1 @ Full.
Cue 2: 00/00/01.25 = 1 @ 0
Cue 3: 00/00/02.00 = 1 @ Full
Cue 4: 00/00/02.25 = 1 @ 0
Cue 5: 00/00/03.00 = 2 @ Full
Cue 6: 00/00/04.00 = 2 @ 0

For a song like We will Rock you. Just in the opening verse, this occurs 16 times. That is 96 cues right off the bat. And when you are trying to sync the beats to the lighting cues, this gets old real fast.

Now I have done in the past created a cue list seperate that contains the above cues (1-6), that contains follows. And on the main cuelist, I use GL:2 macro command to activate 'cue list #2' which contains the sequence. This works, IF I want to use the same exact effect.

Cuelist 1 "Main Track
Cue 101: Macro GL:2/1

Cuelist 2
Cue 1: 00/00/01.00 = 1 @ Full.
Cue 2: 00/00/01.25 = 1 @ 0
Cue 3: 00/00/02.00 = 1 @ Full
Cue 4: 00/00/02.25 = 1 @ 0
Cue 5: 00/00/03.00 = 2 @ Full
Cue 6: 00/00/04.00 = 2 @ 0

I want to simplify this action. so that I don't have 96 cues to edit, and sync to time code.

First main question is, Is it possible to have it auto black out, before the next cue is triggered?

Cue 1: 1 @ Full. wait .25 sec. Then @ 0
Cue 3: 1 @ Full. wait .25 sec. Then @ 0
Cue 5: 2 @ Full. wait .25 sec. Then @ 0

Yes, I know you can do Fade time In and out by typing in the Fade box for a cue 0/.25. (0 sec Fade in. .25 as a fade out). But this doesn't work for a seperate cue (not a Boom Boom Clap) were I want Light #1 to Flash for .25 seconds, then go out. But there is a good 3 seconds till the next cue is triggered.

Is there a way to program this in the console as a single cue?
