Turn Lamps On and Off on Fixtures

Hi everyone, I am in a bit of a pickle. I have 8 Elation Platinum Spot 5R's and I need to turn on the lamps via the console which is a Hedge Hog 4. For the life of me I cannot remember where this command is located . Do you know where it is?
