Hi.
When making SMPTE30, what sample-rate, and what Bit-depth shall I choose?

WAV Files you only need 16bit. Sample Rate, I would go with 48k.
If you're playing back through a DAW like Reaper, then you need to make sure that your Project and Soundcard/Interface is set to the same sample rate.
