Trigger built in SMPTE via comment macros

It would be nice if there was a way of triggering the built in SMPTE generator via comment macros, even better if it could output SMPTE as well, either as audio or as MTC

To trigger it using a keystroke macro would involve screen presses, I try to avoid screen presses in case you have to change console or layout
