Please tell if this is normal ? on shutting down the H4 I get a
Smart par return Failure text , in the top right screen + all the lights are still on in the back and a fan is running + center screen is glowing,

IS THIS NORMAL ?

Yes this is normal. That message will be hidden in the 1.2.0 release.
Once your main screens turn off it is safe to kill power to the desk.
