2.3.0 BUG-Scenes button behaviour in commandsection

Repro:
Create 2 different scenes. Assign each of them to a physical command button and set them to flash.
Now change one button assignment of any scene to latching.

->
Suddenly both scenes have the same button assignment.
They can not have different assignments.

Please confirm that.

Checked that on V2.3.0 and Fullboar4

    Thanks for the extra information.
    This is something that has been occurring since the 3.1.9 H3 days.
    A work around would be to record a new list instead of a scene and copy the list.
