Playback Wing 4

Can someone walk me through the setup of a Playback wing 4 to a Hog FB4 please
I can't seem to get any image from the screen although I can see it is active
No 4 logo on boot up - its a if the contrast is turned down
All other parts work fine - have tried all the usual - changed DVD - USB - connected in wings also used Hog4wing in Displays - tried Display 1 and 2 from hog - Tried other monitor from hog and it works fine
Any help would be great thanks

    Can you confirm you are enabling the Wing properly in the Control Panel of the console? Please see link below to the online manual?
