When you right click on the toolbar of a Plot window, the checkbox comes up, but there isn't a label as there is in other windows throughout the OS. See Pic:

Un checking the box, hides the 'Show All/SHow selected" tool bar as expected. However, this state doesn't record into a view.
Navigation to a different view, and then recalling the original view, the plot Tool bar is again visible
