Startup macro networked consoles
Is there a proper way to make a Startup macro ?
I have a few fixtures that turn on when they get a DMX signal

In preferences under the misc tab, there is a startup macro spot. You can use comment macros there.

My suggestion is to create 1 cuelist that is triggered via the startup macro. The cuelist will execute the other macros you want to use via wait times on thosen cues.
