Soft button dont work when I press and hold a virtual master

Hi
When I press and hold a list in the Cuelist directory soft buttons appear at the bottom of the screen as for example ''use HTP" and more, which they are not working!!
Is this normal?

Hi Sinclair, you are right, I was using the hard buttons out of habit.
