Hi, I have a rare symptom that sometimes, after running an HPU for a long time 6-24 hrs. I will shutdown, keep power on and not be able to restart. The fans start up as normal, the front plate leds turn blue after about 20 seconds, but the screen stays black. No hog splash or anything except the backlight. Only way to get it to work is to unplug it, let it sit for a while and try again. I've enabled the bios splash screen, it shows the American megatends when it works but it does not show during the issue. Already changed the cmos battery, no effect. I've got a spare psu but I haven't tried it yet.
It's really hard to replicate it. Has anyone seen this and know if it was the display, psu, or motherboard issue? Thanks.
