How to copy/export logs

Hi,

I'm not enjoying Hog5 on our HedgeHog4x at all (crashy & many weird issues) and am going to roll it back.  I wanted to backup or copy the logs incase it helps the devs but no matter how I try it will not copy the logs.  I can view the log viewer (pig open 1), but am unsure how to export from that too.

Have tried more than one USB stick (it's in FAT32) I have tried to boot into single user mode, but it requires a password I don't have.  I have copied the show file/s and also done an emergency show recovery.

  • Here's a few of the issues. Backlight and LED brightness are janky (setup + Wheels 1 & 3) and the Desklight Level when adjusted (setup + wheel 2) turns it off (no dim) and it will not come back until I restart (Power Cycle) the console. Pan and Tilt got into a funk where they would only snap to the extremes (like when you hold + and wheel up or down) only solution was to restart.  I had the whole hog5 "App" just drop out and i needed to restart (a few times).  I had the cue list "List" window become unresponsive (many many times) and I was able to get control by Pig Open <- and then re-opening the cue list list.  It seems to not like to name or rename cues - seemed worse with an external logitech wireless keyboard (with a dongle - MK220) and didn't seem to love copying or recording or updating cues.  Show was 8 little spots, 10 little wash's and a hand full of LED cans and dimmer channels.
