Bug Report - Touchscreen Calibration and Screen Order

Date - 2.4.26

Console - Tour Hog

Software - V5.0.1 b.135

Issue 1 - Adding an outboard touchscreen monitor will cause the console to lose touchscreen calibration.  This happens with a standard monitor as well as a Hog 4 master wing.  Any time I plug one in, the console loses calibration.  I was able to repeat this 6 times in a row.  Additionally, when unplugging an external touchscreen, the same thing will happen.  This happens if I add the monitor from the splash screen or from inside an open show.

Issue 2 - I have an external touchscreen on the right hand side of the console.  When using a mouse, I want to see the cursor move from the main screen to the right and over to the external screen.  By default, I have to move the cursor to the left and then it will go to the external screen.  This happens no matter which screen port I plug into on the console.  However, if I rotate the screen image then set it back to normal, the cursor moves as intended.  Alternately, I can restart the console and the cursor will move as intended.

  • I will expand on this and say that it seems like the problem comes from trying to use a Hog 4 master wing with a  Hog 5 console.  I could never get it to connect properly and it was even causing problems on the desk with the resolution being off.  This was causing the splash screen to be "compressed" and cut off.  I wound up scrapping the H4 wing and doing a regular external touchscreen.  It connected right away.  However, screen order is still off.
