Copy a range of cues (unknown number)

I'm looking to automate a task I do each week which is to copy the cues in certain cue lists (songs we do) to a master list. I.e. copy list 1 cue 1 thru 7 to list 27 (and again for two other lists).

In trying to create an automation, I keep running into the problem that I have to know the exact number of cues in each source list for the copy syntax to work correctly. Is there a way to do this that's easier? Like the ability to say copy list 1 cue 1 thru <n> list 27?

I hope this makes sense. Maybe a completely different method?

I'm using Hog 4 PC version 5.0.1
