Cue Options open with [PIG] + [OPEN] + [LIST XY], same for Scenes would be great!

Love all the improvements to MIDI! Could Import/Export functionality be added for the MIDI Macros page? It would make shows that use a large amount of MIDI Out Notes a lot easier to manage.

Could be nice when scene 1 where moved from scene 1 to scene 2, that it stays in the batch as scene 2. So the applied batch can handle the different location of the scene that where moved into the batch.
