Acclaim 100 ACLM-124 DMX

Having problems with our board. With all the pots down when I raise the grand master the lights come up. If I raise a submaster pot the sub lights join the already up lights from the grand master. When I lower the sub at about fifty percent the lights switch flicker and the grandmaster lights come up and the Sub lights go out.

Any ideas

Jim; Sorry you are having problems. To confirm lights are turning on with the grand master when all channels in both A and B and all subs are at zero? Are the level or rate faders running in the chase area? Or if you press stop in the chase area does it change anything?

No it does not seem to help. When I raise and lower the sub pots the light flickers about half way up. The separate channel pots are not working, the lights only work with the main pot up and then raising the sub pots. Is there a way to reset the board, or should I unplug it.

Jim; I would try unplugging the console giving it about 20-30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If it is still having issues after that, you may want to look at getting the console serviced by a local ETC dealer. You can find a local service center on our website. If you let me know where you are located, I am happy to help you find someone.

Thanks for your help. I tried that, but discovered if I tap on top of the controller the lights go on and off. Apparently some is ajar inside of the controller
