Three weeks ago my Express 48/96 board decided to cause the lights connected to it to flash randomly, even when all of the lights were off. I unplugged it, took it a part and blew out the dust, only to find that it was still causing the lights to flash. At that point I unplugged it, so that I could take a closer look at it later. When I plugged it in last week everything was working with no problems, and I hoped that was the last of it. When I checked it today to turn on a few lights, the channel sliders show that the lights should be coming on but nothing turns on. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
