Unfortunately the problem is more difficult than that. The Impression console is running an operating system we developed here at ETC, primarily because it predates both windows and smaller processing boards. As a result the video specifications are hard coded and there is no provision to install drivers (Drivers didn't exist then).

The console outputs video in the CGA format..

On a personal note, I have some luck finding older CGA and Multisync monitors at computer recycling facilities and electronics swap meets.
