We are running an Express with version 3.1 of the software and our soft keys are not properly displaying with various screens some labels are displaying correctly but several are just missing. The hardware still works and the options are still there when the softkeys are selected, we just can see them on the screen. Unfortunately our software install disk has become corrupted and so we cannot re-load. Does anyone have or know of where we can acquire install software for this version or an update?
We have an ION in our main theatre for use by our senior classes but we like this board in our lab for our 1st & 2nd year classes as it is accessible to junior students with only minimal orientation.
