Expression 3 Encoder Wheel Control Board Initialization Issue

Hello All,

 Recently we've been having issues with our encoder wheel board initializing during console startup. Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so was there a way to fix it? Thanks in advance.

  • It seems as likely as anything that there's an issue with the connection between the encoder board and the processor.  Checking that would be a good place to start.  If you need help troubleshooting, feel free to call ETC's tech support at 800-688-4116.  They'll be glad to help you track down the problem, or make arrangements for the console to be repaired.
