Microsoft Windows Virtual PC. Handy way for running legacy 32 bit applications in a 64 bit environment. How it handles files and drives to the host OS is a little clunky, but it once you get through that, it works out okay.
Another option is VMWare Player and a windows 7 install. You'd need a license key to make this work though.
