Stuck 16-Bit Grey Channels

Anyone have any input about channels on an Express 48/96 that are stuck in 16-bit? I have no moving lights patched and I have tried resetting the patch, but some channels stay Grey and act as 16-bit still. Is there a hardware reset I can perform somehow?

  • Go to Setup -> [11] Channel Attributes.  You should be able to find the channel set to 16-bit there and revert it using the S3 key.

    Otherwise, yes, you could clear the entire board by going to Setup -> [4] Clear Functions and hitting the S1 key.
