Afraid the sort answer is no...
The Express/Expression offline editor is offline only. It doesn't output any levels, meaning you can't connect a visualiser to it.
Our newer consoles like Eos and Congo do support this with their offline editors - they output levels at a reduced rate that can be picked up by a visualiser like WYSIWYG (http://www.cast-soft.com/) or Capture (http://www.capturesweden.com/).
The only way to use visualisers like this with Express is to use a physical console and a DMX-USB device that works with your visualiser.
Similarly, the offline editor for Express doesn't provide remote control of the console, and again this is provided with our newer consoles (It's known as 'Client' functionality).
