I discovered having upgraded Express.

Although there was no version information, what was changed?

This version adds indicators to the RFU LCD display to mimic the function of LEDs in the keys. A change will come in the RFU that removes the LEDs from the keys. If you don't have one of these RFUs, then there is no need to change the software in the Express console.
