I've got an Insight 2 that's running v1.6. The only software I see for it online is 3.1, but it says you should only upgrade to 3.1 from 1.8 or later. Is there an intermediate upgrade I need to run? Thanks.
Insight and Expression consoles running software below 1.8 require some hardware modifications in addition to a software upgrade. While this needs to be done in the factory, there is no charge for the service. Please contact me or anyone in Technical Support and we can issue you an RMA to get the unit here for the upgrade. Our current turn around time is 14 days.
