Opening Express 24/48 to remove loose screw

I have an Express 24/48 here that we went to move between rooms and we noticed what sounds to be a loose screw floating around inside (by the sound, it is in the base near the faders, not the back near the drive/connectors).  Can someone advise as to the proper method to open this console without damage in order to remove the screw and/or replace it?  I am not comfortable plugging this console in while there is clearly a loose piece of metal inside it.

We use the console constantly (TV studio) and downtime is a bad thing. I reprogrammed our current sets into an old Producer II+ so that there can be light while I work on the Express.

Thanks!

Eric
