I'm using it in Win7 Home, 64 bit (but I set it up to run in XP SP3 mode, just in case) without any issues.
With the ability to resize the software's individual screens, I like it even better than when I was running it native in XP, where the only option I'd found for changing the screen size was resetting your screen resolution.
