Hello my name is Max Liptack,
I am working with an ETC Express and have some issues with the submasters functionality.
I am familiar with the Obsession but have been using the MAXXYZ and Hog consoles lately, so I am a bit rusty.
The issue I am having with the submasters is this:
1) I'll write a look on the submaster (I have tried several ways, [record] - [sub] - [#] [enter] and [record] - [sub] - [sub flash button]
2) The LED will light indicating the recorded look.
3) The Flash button will work but the fader will not bring up the intensity.
The cues written on the console still operate correctly and the Maser and BO button are both in their correct position.
I am just not sure if it is a setting issue with the console, I know the console was wiped using the [1]+[2]+[3] held down on start up after some issues that occured recently, thats why I am assuming it is some setting that was wiped at that time.
We have a show that we will be using the console for tonight (and it needs to be ran on the fly) so any help at this point would be greatly appreciated.
