Troubles with a Express 48/96 lightdesk

Hi all

I'm working with a Expression 48/96 console and I'm having troubles with key#3 on numeric keyboard.When I press it I'm adressed to the function "Learn" to start creating a Macro and I'm unable to use it to type the number 3 when calling  or recording a channel or cue.I've been unable to find any key programming on the user manual so I guess the key itself is broken.Can anyone help?

  • Sounds like the keypad is breaking down. It could easily be something deeper that is crossing 3 over to Learn, so I wouldn't get too aggressive in repairing it yourself. But I'm pretty sure it's a hardware problem.

    You have two clear steps. First go to the contact page on the main ETC website and find your local dealer(s). They may be able to do the repair, or they can send it back to ETC for an overhaul. Second, during work hours, call tech support (the various phones are also on the contact page.) They will help you through detailed troubleshooting to find the real issue.
