1) Make sure the battery isn't installed upside-down.
2) Try re-installing the console software.
If neither of these will resolve the problem, you may want to try a different battery. If that fails, then you will probably need to get in touch with our support department. They may have some ideas that I don't or they may suggest that you have the console serviced.
