How to add and patch F100 or similary HAzer?

Hi,
Im not shure ho to patch the F 100. I tryed to patch an an desk channel, but it can not work becouse the F 100 needs 2 channels. Patch as Fixture? The same problem with a gigastrobe.

Thank for your help!
  • Hello,

Thanks for your post on the forums. The F100 should be one simple desk channel. The intensity of that desk channel cordinates with the fogger's output. Also double check your fixture addressing on the F100 dmx remote.

  • Chris is correct that the F100 should only require one DMX channel for controlling the output level.

Strobes are usually implemented as some combination of channels for Intensity, Strobe Rate, and Strobe Duration. There are some generic options in the library, in addition to some of the more popular strobe models (like the Martin Atomic 3000).

If you need a strobe library that is different from the ones that we include, it shouldn't be too tough to implement yourself. The Wholehog 2 user manual has a section dedicated to writing library files for the console and we can answer any questions that you have here in the forums.

    I hope this helps.
