"ghost channels"

Hi guys,
I have I quite weird problem with Hog2 PC. Version is 3.4.3.123.
After loading a show from an actual showdisk, and connecting to Wysiwyg some desk channels are outputting levels. There is nothing in the Programmer, I can bring the channels down with the grand master and I can set them to zero in the programmer. No cuelist is active, PIG+Release shows no result, I even released all cuelists in the list window by hand.
And now starts the weird thing. Loading the show into a real Hog2 and connecting the desk to Wysiwyg, the problem is gone. OK, back on the computer, deinstalling Hog2 PC, even cleaning up the registry, the problem is back. What's also strange: When trying to start Hog2 PC a second time, it seems that the show is read from the computers harddisk, even when A: is selected...
I have used Hog2 PC together with Wyg for years now, never had any similiar issue. Any ideas anybody?

kind regards

  • Hi,
sounds like a good idea, unfortunately it doesn' work. The fader where I moved the list to, doesn't take total control over the channels. Example: There is a list with 3 channels at 70%. Moving this list to a new fader and bringing the fader up to full results in 100% output. Bringing the fader down to 0%, the channels stop fading at 70%. It's no matter if the cuelist is HTP or LTP (tried this in the options).
So I did it it the hard way and deleted all of the questionable lists. It's not such a problem, most of them were 1 cue HTP faders for some channels.
So far it looks like this works...

    kind regards
