Console: Hog iPC running Wholehog II Software
The show is set up with a page per song. All moving light cues are stacked on the 2nd Cue Master. The show started normal, but at some point during the opener, the intensity on the Cue Master became stuck regardless of fader position. This continued for the headliner: the movers would fade in and out, as per each cue, but when they should've been at full, they would only go to 73%. Pulling the fader up and down did nothing. We could grab the fixtures in the programmer and take them all the way to 100%, but as soon as the programmer was cleared, the lights would retrun to 73%. Tried Pig+Release, then restarting the cuelist, but to no avail. Changing pages did nothing. However, after moving the the cuelist to Cue Master 3 and running the cues from this Cue Master, things would run normally. Once the show was over, we were able to shut down (withOUT saving) and reboot. At this point, everything worked fine.
My question: Is it possible to somehow universally park a Cue Master? If so, how? And how do you undo something like this?
