Problem with Hog 2 on boot

Hi all

Before starting excuse me for my bad english.

I have a whole hog 2 which refuse to start since this morning.

When I turn it on, I have 2 ways :

1 - desk restart every times just few seconds after arrived on "new show or load show" screen

2 - desk does not start, screens keep black, after a minute, all leds starts to flash.

It is the first time I see it with a wholehog2.

Could some help me ?

Is there a quickly issue ?

Sylvain,

If you are seeing the LEDs flash, this means that the front panel is not communicating with the main processor. Most of the time this is due to a ribbon cable not being fully connected. Open the console and check BOTH ends of the ribbon cable attached to the front panel and the main board.

If the problem continues then it could be a more serious issue and I suggest you contact our support department directly at +1-800-890-8989

I think, if problem is more serious, I ll try to contact local dealer for technical support.
