error: lib.lib:range=255,255%

I looked through the text and I didn't see "range = 255,255%" anywhere.
Is this text that I would find? or am I doing something else wrong?

Please port your _lib.lib file, or there really isn't much we can do for you . . .

Having said that, it's likely a simple syntax error . . . .
