"at full" not working

Do you see the "@" character on the command line? Any chance the key is bad?

yes I see "at" in the command line. I also used the EV monitor and all the keys are working

interesting, I don't have "kind =i" in the lib file. I pasted the text below:

does your FUNCTION.TXT have Intensity = + ?

the function.txt has "intensity = i"

should it have "+"?

ok, I just changed it to "+" and it works. Thanks! I was thinking that that other post you directed me to was talking about the Lib lib file.

Any idea what else could be the problem? I also checked the EV monitor, knobs are working perfect...

Some fixtures have two functions sharing one channel, for example 0-50% may be intinsity and 51-100% being strobe. The @ function doesn't usually work with these fixtures. This is just one possibility.

it can't be the problem, even a deskchannel is not working at full...

I really don't understand what is going wrong...
Could a software update (has allready the latest version that was build) help?

If you have checked the EVENT MONITOR and all buttons are working ok, I will recommend a CLEAN START on the console. This will erase the show from memory and you will need to reload it from disc so make sure you have a good backup.

If that doesn't help I would start a new show as a test and see if it has the same problems to isolate the problem to the software/console or the show file you are currently using.
