Could it be possible to have Frame1A and frame 1B on same wheel: Wheel1=Frame 1A and Pig+wheel1=Frame 1B, with this option you could have 4 frames on same wheels page.
My suggestion is good abstraction layer. Encoder moves both A and B = Insertion. Modifier key + encoder increases A and decreases B or the opposite (depends on, do you turn CW or CCW) = Angle There could be 2 modes, but I don't personally like it much, cause it can result a situation where you have both modes mixed...
