Could it be possible to have Frame1A and frame 1B on same wheel: Wheel1=Frame 1A and Pig+wheel1=Frame 1B, with this option you could have 4 frames on same wheels page.
I just fooled around with one of our vl1000s today just to see how i use the shutters, and i found myself moving both encoders at the same time, but not the same "amount" of movement a lot, to get the desired result. So i think i would actually miss the opportunity to be able to move them independently..
kinda like it would be a hassle mixing with cmy if you had to first move the c, then the m, and so y..
-But thats just me.. others might work differently..
