I am having a problem with one of my DPs. It loses all its software when it turns off and it needs to reload the software each time I turn it on. After that it works normally. Any suggestions?
It sounds like you have a hardward problem with the DP2000. The system software is stored using solid state storage that should be non-volatile (it should persist after a power loss). You should get in touch with our support department and they can help you troubleshoot and resolve this problem.
