Using Fixture Builder

I am using the Cat v4.06 Beta controlled by HOG3. I need to make a new fixture profile in order to control which layers go into the sub mix. I have never used fixture builder before.

Here is what I need: the fixture has 16 channels, channels 1-12 select the coresponding layers 1-12, with channel 13-16 being spare.

The DMX values for each channel are: 0-10 no effect, 11-127 Deselects layer from mix, and 128-255 selects layer in the mix.

How do I go about creating this?

    Our support team already has already passed this request along to our library developer and I am sure a new library will be availalbe for you soon. The fixture builder does not allow for some complex functions that are required for media server libraries. It is intended for simple use when you can not wait for a proper library to be built.
